Return to Sport – Additional Guidance

Dear Sport Ireland Stakeholder

Please find attached Guidance note for the Sports Sector in relation to the return to sport from September 20th.

The note seeks to provide further information on a number of reoccurring themes raised by Sporting Organisations following the recent Government Announcement.

Sporting Organisations should continue to risk assess and take appropriate measures in addressing individual issues in their sport as they arise.

Sport Ireland would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the significant work and commitment of the Sector throughout the Pandemic and the NGB, High Performance and Participation Units remain available to assist as we transition through the various reopening phases.
