North – South Billiards Challenge 2017

The 2017 Annual North-South Billiards Challenge will take place at Glengormley Northern Ireland on Saturday and Sunday the 22nd and 23rd of April.

The 2017 Annual North-South Billiards Challenge will take place at Glengormley Northern Ireland on Saturday and Sunday the 22nd and 23rd of April.

The Irish team is Joe Doheny, Wayne Doyle, Robert McCrum, Ross Doyle, John Kehoe, Larry Drennan, Aidan Murray and Aonghus McNally. The team Manager is Brendan Devlin

The event promises to be an exciting event and good luck to both teams

N Ireland win North v South Billiards

The annual Billiards International North-South Challenge Tournament took place at the Premier Snooker Club, Glengormley on Saturday and Sunday, 22nd and 23rd April 2017. The format of the event was that each team of eight was divided into two groups of four, so that each player met four opponents from his corresponding group, with the consequence that all benefited from the variety of games the format provided.

Billiards Short format – Drennan V Murray

The National Billiards Championships, preliminary rounds down to the last two, took place at Celbridge Snooker Club on Sunday, 26th March 2017. A total of 10 players contested the event, which meant that the top four seeded players were awarded byes into the quarter finals.
