Butch was one of the main stalwarts in Waterford Snooker for many years. SBI offer their deepest condolences to his family and friends at this sad time.
May he rest in peace RIP
A few words on Butch. Michael “Butch” Power of Cannon Street Waterford passed away last week. He was a stalwart of Waterford CYMS and The Showboat. He was a fine player and a skilled handicapper. He was also a trade union official, card player, punter and football scout. To all these he brought a calm wisdom and a sense of humour. He was always smiling.
