McAnally joins World Billiards Board

Snooker & Billiards Ireland are delighted to announce that Aonghus McAnally has joined its Board of Directors in World Billiards (WBL).

Snooker & Billiards Ireland are delighted to announce that Aonghus McAnally has joined its Board of Directors in World Billiards (WBL).

Aonghus is currently a board member of Snooker & Billiards Ireland and also a Class 1 Billiard referee. Aonghus has also won National Billiards and Snooker Titles in the past and his appointed is seen a great appointed for the future of Billiards in Ireland.

Well done Aonghus !!!

The only National championship that was played before the pandemic was the 2020 Intermediate 150up championship and as the first lockdown took place the final was postponed but eventually it was finally played and Rathkeale’s Anthony O ‘ Flaherty won his first intermediate 150up title and 5th overall as he won the long up format four times before.
